The $GUY token, part of the XRPL GUYS NFT project on the XRP Ledger, has a limited total supply of 2,800 tokens. The issuer account for these tokens has been blackholed, ensuring no additional tokens can be created. Each $GUY token corresponds to one GUY NFT. The distribution was as follows: 2,500 tokens (89% of the total supply) were airdropped to the community on October 12, 2021; 153 tokens (5.5%) were allocated for development, marketing, and artist payments; and 147 tokens (5.5%) were retained by the team, with some reserved for giveaways. The $GUY tokens replaced the earlier XRPLGUY1 tokens sold by the team in late 2021. However, the project has since been abandoned, and its website is no longer active.
